Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Hot Luck Nails. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please
read and agree to the following booking terms and policies before scheduling your appointment.

1. Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

Availability may change, so we encourage you to pay your deposit promptly to secure your pre-
ferred time.

2. Deposits & Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is considered a late cancellation.

3. No Extra Guests

For the safety, comfort, and focus of all clients, only the person receiving the service is allowed to
attend the appointment.
No children, friends, or additional guests are permitted in the studio.

4. Consent to Treatment

By booking an appointment at Hot Luck Nails, you are providing consent to the following:
I agree to have BIAB gel polish applied and/or removed on my natural nails. I understand there
are rare risks associated with this process, including possible irritation or discomfort.
I agree to contact my nail technician if I experience any issues, and I acknowledge that in some
cases, removal of the gel polish may be necessary.
I confirm that I have received and understand the aftercare instructions provided, and I accept
that failing to follow them may reduce the lifespan of the product or cause it to lift or flake.
I declare that all information I have provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
I consent to the BIAB gel polish treatment and release Hot Luck Nails and its sta from any liability
resulting from the treatment.

5. Consent to Photography
I understand that before, during, and after the procedure, images may be taken.
These images may be stored in my client file and will only be used for promotional purposes with
my express consent.
